The new US General Services Administration Administrator is now at work. But no word as to whether he will stop GSA's assault on the dealer distribution system of sales and service to state and local governments. GSA has been driving to take over the state and local markets through the Federal Centralized Cooperative Purchasing program which it has advocated.
