Recently, the US Department of Transportation has stepped up enforcement of hazardous materials rules, issuing more and larger penalties up to $27,500 per incident. NEEDA dealers have been hit. As one dealer said "No warnings were given. They just barged in and wrote us up. They are very serious."

Fourth quarter net income increased 5% to $17.0 million and net sales increased 4% to $282.2 million.
